WWCode Recife
Women Who Code - Recife faz parte de uma organização global dedicada a educar e inspirar as mulheres a buscar e destacar em carreiras tecnológicas. Fundada no final de 2011 em São Francisco - CA, a organização cresceu para 6.000 membros fortes. Somos conhecidos por nossos grupos de estudo semanais gratuitos técnicos e eventos mensais maiores, incluindo palestras técnicas, noites de hackers, e treinamentos de carreira. Mais de 100 empresas de tecnologia de topo, incluindo Square, Twitter, Github, Heroku, Yelp, e muitos mais têm promovido eventos para a organização popular e crescente. O grupo de Recife foi fundado em 8 de Janeiro de 2014 com grande apoio e motivação de 9 meninas, sendo 7 de Recife e 2 de São Francisco - CA , todas com o mesmo objetivo de aprender! *código em qualquer quadro *qualquer nível de experiência *qualquer tamanho de empresa ou apenas um código para se divertir! *Atuais e aspirantes codificadores são bem vindas. Our Community
Women Who Code started as a community group in 2011 when a handful of technologists decided they wanted to change the industry experience for women engineers. Since then, it has become a global non-profit organization and the world’s largest and most active community dedicated to empowering women to excel in technology careers. One city at a time, Women Who Code spread around the world, reaching more than 20 countries.
Women Who Code Technical Track communities encompass a global network that bring WWCode members together for community, leadership, and curated online technical events throughout the year. The current tracks available are: Front End, Mobile, Python, Emerging Tech, Cloud, and Data Science. Our online Technical Track communities continue to provide members with the skills and confidence needed to advance their technical careers.
Each city has its own unique culture and has seen local leaders rise to be both leaders of our movement and leaders of the industry, paving the way for the new face of tech.
