About Us

Kodiak Robotics is developing autonomous technology for long-haul trucking - the first viable commercial use for autonomous driving. Our team is highly experienced, and many have previously worked for leading tech companies within the same space. We are looking for a talented front-end engineer to design and build our visualization systems.

What you'll do at Kodiak Robotics
  • design interfaces to communicate with our vehicles- from low-level sensor data to abstract object visualizations
  • Use front-end frameworks, Javascript libraries, Web workers, shaders, and WebGL to boost your graphics
  • Visualize complex information streams in appealing & simple displays. Create reusable modular javascript
  • Efficiently process large quantities of data using web workers, and WebGL or three.js
  • Design user experiences for engineers/operators by building tools to help engineers be efficient, and our vehicles safer

  • Step 1: Introductory call with Mike Sheng, Head of Talent at Kodiak Robotics
  • Step 2: Technical Phone interview (w/ coding) via screen share for 1 hour with one of our engineers
  • Step 3: Onsite Interview Part 1 - 30 min presentation of a past project you worked on and how it relates to what we do
  • Step 4: (Same day)Onsite Interview Part 2- 4 (45 min each ) Interviews with Engineers - 2 coding, 1 problem solving, and 1 fit
  • Step 5: Reference check- potential verbal offer presented
