What you'll do at Braze (formerly Appboy)
  • Responsible for the direct management of a small, but growing technical support team across Europe and Asia
  • Build a high-performing group capable of delivering amazing support experiences for our customers
  • You will have direct product support responsibilities, handling inbound customer support tickets
  • Troubleshoot issues in your case queue helping you to resolve tickets with paramount resultsop
  • Balance leading the team and your own case work to ensure both the team and our customers are successful.
