What you'll do at The Washington Post
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4 software engineers (hybrid remote/in DC office)
  • Provide technical leadership and help build the next generation of audio/video players and image technology
  • Work closely on planning and feature ideas with our product department and editors in the newsroom
  • Brainstorm new formats of engaging visual storytelling and continue to challenge preconceptions of what is possible
  • Provide and receive consistent feedback from the team
