What you'll do at Flexport
  • Recruit, build, & lead the team developing tools that enable rapid software development of our services & applications.
  • Create a strong product & architectural vision with a demonstrated ability to communicate, advocate, & execute visions.
  • Collaborate across engineering teams to align project priorities & requirements to represent your team
  • Participate in critical technical design & product discussions of various initiatives.
  • Invest in development & coaching for each team member's success to manage, measure, & communicate team progress.
