Truss is a distributed-first company in which 55% of the staff is female. We solve interesting technical problems for the private sector & government. We helped rebuild Healthcare.gov after its public failure in 2013. We seek the highest standard in both the technology we build, and the way we run our company.

What you'll do at Truss
  • Deliver timely, high quality solutions to specific eng. problems; Create automated tests or be willing to learn to do so
  • Help architect new systems & changes to existing systems to support new functionality; Make & drive technical decisions
  • Evaluate and select tools to meet project needs without creating unnecessary technical debt
  • Collaborate closely across practices such as Product & Design to build solutions that keep the end-user in mind
  • Mentor and cross-train with other engineers via design discussions and code reviews
