What you'll do at Lullabot
  • Writes organized, well-documented code, strives to follow coding standards and implement best practices.
  • Works collaboratively on a team with content strategists, designers, devs, project owners and clients.
  • Experience with Drupal, Sass/CSS, HTML, and modern JavaScript, plus the ability to be creative and compassionate.
  • Comfortable building strategic front-end architecture for large websites.
  • Manage themselves in a 100% remote-work environment. Excellent communication habits with team members and clients.

Our Hiring Process
  • Step 1: Initial Screening Call (15 minutes) to ensure you are clear on the salary posted, the hiring timeline, etc.
  • Step 2: 60-minute Zoom, intended to be a conversation about your related technical experience—there are no tests or assignments.
  • Step 3: Anonymous code review. Members of our team will review the code samples you submitted with your application.
  • Step 4: 90-minute Zoom, with the goal of understanding how you work within a team, how you problem-solve, your work habits, etc.
  • Step 5: After the final decision is made, any offer of employment is extended via email or phone call.
