What you'll do at New Relic
  • Technical ownership of the entire customer lifecycle where you will develop & implement strategies to increase usage
  • Develop deep expertise w/ our platform to build a technical advisor relationship w/ customers to meet needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally w/ Sales, Success, Support, Data, Product, & Engineering teams to drive strategic success
  • Build compelling technical demonstrations, presentations, & business value documents. Accelerate onboarding.
  • Function as a vital link between our customers & New Relic to proactively run customer expectations & identify gaps.
