What you'll do at New Relic
  • Support the sales team with qualifying opportunities, demonstrations, guided trail support, POC execution, RFP responses
  • Drive adoption, optimization, and integration of our products within clients’ digital and IT infrastructure
  • Evangelize new product features & provide client feedback to New Relic product management and engineering groups
  • Enable success in post-sales technical processes: installation, deployment, training, and technical check-ups
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues by coordinating support responses and critical issue management
