Job Description & Key Responsibilities

WWCode is looking for a Chief Resource Development Officer (CRDO) to join our team! This role enables us to offer free membership to a quarter million members globally. The CRDO manages partnerships, philanthropic, product overall revenue growth and expansion, ensuring stability over long-term change and development. The CRDO is also responsible for overseeing the development and support of partner relationships that promote retention, new business, and loyalty; as well as ensuring the partner commitments are fulfilled and successfully executed.

  • Formulates short and long term goals for fundraising and revenue growth

  • Develops actionable strategies for meeting and exceeding those goals through grants, partnerships, corporate foundations, sales, and donations

  • Structures the resource development team to best approach a variety of financial development goals

  • Conducts market research to develop successful pricing and product offering

  • Raises awareness of the organization and its primary goals through outreach efforts,  community and corporate relationships to funders

  • Build, train, and nurture your team incredible, including current team of 6

  • Fill gaps as the team grows

  • Establish success matrices and evaluate team performance

  • Create and implement revenue management processes - pipeline, account planning, proposals, and renewals 

  • Develop and oversee work flows to fulfill partnership agreements with cross functional teams

  • Request and leverage member outcomes and research to provide leadership for brand positioning

  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners and industry executives

  • Tracks revenue and fundraising trends, then uses this information to predict future opportunities for expansion efforts and avoid any downtrends in current strategies

  • Develop growth strategies with executive team and Board of Directors

  • Adjust strategies to ensure sustainable growth

  • Publishes regular updates on major events and success of the organization


  • Track record in delivering rapid revenue growth 

  • Proven leadership experience across multiple divisions

  • Successful experience with B2B sales and securing corporate partnerships

  • Experience with Salesforce as a CRM

  • Knowledge and understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion and how this strengthens companies

  • Ability to quickly evaluate business needs and build meaningful relationships with partners

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and developing processes from there 

  • Strong financial analytical, modeling, and writing skills

  • Ability to represent the organization well in tech and professional settings

  • Willingness to travel when appropriate 

Nice To Have
