Job Description

The Partnerships Development Manager will directly contribute to the revenue growth of the organization by building relationships with key persons within our corporate partners. This role leads the sales team in meeting revenue targets and keeping a consistent pipeline to ensure the team is on target to meet goals by consistently meeting key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically sell in a manner that increases revenue and long term sustainability

  • Be sure your messaging is clear and we are communicating our benefits correctly to our partners and potential partners

  • Proactive outreach with customers and potential customers in a way that aligns with our mission, vision, and goals

  • Quickly research potential customers before meeting or scheduling meetings using tools like LinkedIn and Crunchbase to show up prepared and use time effectively

  • Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and growth goals

  • Diligently capture, track, and report data

  • Maximizing CRM platforms to increase your revenue and team productivity

  • Comfortable communicating our mission and proposals to stakeholders

  • Craft and hone partnerships communications to enlist people and garner additional support

  • Attend events to connect with potential partners, community, and represent WWCode

  • Represent WWCode in a positive manner and inspire and mentor others to be their best

  • Be competitive, but team-oriented
