Issue 153
We are building features for the Women Who Code community and we want to highlight that work with our stakeholders, you! THANK YOU to our contributors for dedicating their valuable time to help us build tech a place where women can excel.
You can follow all of our work on github. Below are a few snippets of our awesome features.
Released
This week the WWCode Core Team added a new ApplaudHer page, updated our coding resources, and implemented some fixes that effect the site behind the scenes.
Changed
Coding Resources Admin updates
This updates our coding resources page, allowing users to filter the over 200 resources we provide by level, topic, and format fields. It also gives admins the ability to set those delimiters and place a resource in pending, draft, and published states.
Added
Implement #ApplaudHer Page
This creates a dedicated "Applaud Her" page where all of the #ApplaudHer's that are approved for individual Network pages will show. Pagination means the page initially loads 21 ApplaudHer's and then allows for more as the user scrolls down the screen.
Fixed
Blog Post Search Flickering Test Randomly Fails
This involved a series of changes that were only applicable for the test and dev environments, in order to resolve an issue occurring with the blog search feature.
Allow Superadmins to Edit Jobs and Posts
This gives users with super admin access the ability to edit job posts and the master mailing list from the back end of the site.
Applauds!
