Her course entitled WomenLead in Technology will begin during the spring 2022 semester and will cover topics in diversity, career leadership, and the importance of women leaders in the industry.WomenLead in Technology will explore the factors that have led to women, and particularly women of color, being significantly underrepresented in technology fields despite the increasing demand for these jobs, and the evidence demonstrating the benefits that companies with a diversified workforce enjoy.
